Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Capital Markets Transactions - Manager within our Accounting & Reporting Assurance offering to oversee day-to-day operations of IPO, SPAC, and other CMT advisory engagements. You will closely work with the team to tackle accounting, reporting and other issues, while using our cutting-edge tools and technology.

You will leverage your various skillsets to be an agile contributor to the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Public accounting or advisory experience with capital markets transactions preferred
• Experience leading complex, multi-threaded projects and teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee IPO, SPAC readiness and execution engagements
• Provide technical accounting guidance and project oversight
• Manage multiple workstreams and budgets, ensuring timely delivery
• Coach, mentor and evaluate staff; contribute to performance reviews
• Assist with proposals, client relationships and marketplace activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Deloitte service lines
