Job summary

Quality Technology Services is seeking an Analyst or Senior Associate, Capital Markets to support liquidity forecasting, financing, and long-term financial strategy. You will work with senior leadership and Blackstone to manage transactions and liquidity, building robust models and presenting findings to lenders and investors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate, investment banking or capital markets at a top-tier financial institution or in-house
• Experience with financing transactions such as credit facilities, mortgage-secured loans and securitization
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling with integrated income statement, balance sheet and cash flow from scratch
• Ability to organize teams, lead internal outreach and manage inputs from stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Strong understanding of real estate capital markets; data center experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Support VP, Capital Markets in managing financing and liquidity activities
• Provide analytical support for financing transactions and liquidity management
• Build underwriting and financing models for complex asset- and corporate-level structures
• Coordinate with bankers, lawyers, and investors
• Collaborate with Blackstone and senior management on capital raising
• Contribute to due diligence and investor relations efforts
• Synthesize large data sets and draw concise conclusions
• Perform other duties as assigned
