Job summary

JLL in San Francisco seeks a Production Associate for the Capital Markets team. You will juggle client event planning, marketing material creation, administrative tasks, and transaction management of real estate deals across multi-housing properties.

The role involves supporting Producers, coordinating with design, managing deal workflows in our systems, and assisting with market research and client communications. A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Graphic design experience with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop a plus but not required
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong proofreading and editing abilities
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Client service orientation and proactive working style

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for the ISA Producers and manage project timelines.
• Heavy marketing responsibilities: create/edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables using PowerPoint and Microsoft software.
• Coordinate with the graphic design team to deliver materials.
• Support Producers with high-priority projects including lead generation, deal origination, client outreach.
• Manage and update deal statuses in financial software—Capforce & Dealio.
• Gather market and property research using JLL Research and CoStar.
• Organize client meetings and calls; schedule itineraries and property tours.
• Plan and participate in industry functions or client events.
• Process deal file paperwork and obtain necessary approvals.
• Interface with brokers on IT issues and tech/equipment needs.
• Assist with travel arrangements, calendar management, and general duties.
• Participate in regular PA and business unit meetings
