RBC Capital Markets LLC seeks a Director-level Business Manager to lead digital transformation and product development within Capital Markets Operations. You will partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, define requirements, and deliver solutions that improve client experience and competitive advantage.

You will own the OKR framework, KPIs, governance reporting, and ROI on transformation initiatives while managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in capital markets operations, business management, or management consulting.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to develop business cases and manage budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership across organizational levels.
• Deep understanding of capital markets operations, processes, and client needs.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of digital transformation roadmaps and strategic initiatives aligned with Capital Markets objectives.
• Establish prioritization frameworks to evaluate trade-offs across initiatives for optimal business impact.
• Partner with product teams to define requirements and ensure delivery of efficiency-driven solutions.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and operations.
• Own the team's OKR framework and KPI hierarchy for quarterly and annual horizons.
• Establish governance reporting cadences and translate performance data into executive insights.
• Champion data-driven decision making with analytics capabilities and real-time dashboards.
• Own P&L accountability for the transformation portfolio and ROI analyses.
• Develop business cases and financial models to support investment decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks across transformation initiatives with proper controls.
• Lead vendor evaluation and relationship management to optimize value and reduce risk.
• Oversee process improvements to boost efficiency and client outcomes.
• Lead change management to drive adoption of new digital tools and ways of working.
• Monitor industry trends and technologies for innovation.
• Own communications strategy and stakeholder updates across leadership.
