RBC in Minneapolis seeks a Head of Digital Service Strategy to optimize workflow efficiency across branches, home office, and client-facing operations. You will identify bottlenecks and design integrated technology and process solutions that align with RBC's digital transformation goals.

Lead cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technology priorities, and convert strategy into a practical roadmap.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of wealth management experience across advisor, branch and client interactions.
• Experience in technology or digital strategy; understands building and scaling digital products.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across business, technology, data and operations.
• Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning without direct authority.
• Collaborative and able to build trust across competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Strategy: define and drive flow strategy between branches, clients and home office.
• Bridge Business, Technology, Data and Operations: translate needs into priorities and outcomes.
• Diagnose and Redesign Workflows: map processes, identify breakdowns, implement scalable improvements.
• Partner Deeply: build trust across teams and influence without authority.
• Translate Strategy into Execution: create a roadmap with milestones and accountability.
• Bring Client/Advisor Perspective: ground decisions in improving client and advisor experiences.
