Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in capital markets environments.
• Strong understanding of New Issue, Book Building, and Syndication workflows.
• Experience providing desk-aligned production support in trading or capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-aligned application support for Primary Markets deal execution and syndication apps.
• Collaborate with desks and operations to support live deal execution in high-pressure environments.
• Monitor critical workflows to identify and resolve production issues quickly.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve incidents; escalate to development when needed.
• Capture issues and requirements from stakeholders and align with priorities.
• Coordinate with tech teams for fixes, patches, and upgrades.
• Provide end-user training and maintain knowledge bases.
