Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's New York office seeks a Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets Equity Debt & Structured Finance group to support a top fee-earning NYC team. You will build financial models, prepare memoranda, and help automate workflows using AI tools, with on-site work at 1290 Avenue of the Americas.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years CRE finance experience, strong writing skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, ready to contribute to busy transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• 0–3 years of CRE financial analysis/finance experience preferred.
• Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to summarize complex data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare debt and/or equity offering memoranda with projections and analyses.
• Create tables, graphs, and summaries for memos with a graphic designer.
• Prepare debt sizings and financial models in Excel and Argus.
• Assist in due diligence and gather required information for transactions.
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies using AI tools to identify opportunities.
• Generate weekly status reports on each transaction’s marketing program.
