Pinnacle Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Capital Infrastructure and Facilities Management team in Colorado.

The role focuses on civil infrastructure, municipal capital projects, and public works, coordinating contracts, budgets, and developer reimbursements for public improvements. Formación

• At least three years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure, municipal capital projects, public works, land development, construction management, or closely related field.
• Experience coordinating construction activities, contractors, budgets, schedules, or deliverables.
• Working knowledge of civil infrastructure projects, contracts, and project administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain capital project budgets, financial reports, and supporting documentation.
• Review invoices, payment applications, and cost estimates in coordination with accounting teams.
• Coordinate cost certifications and asset acceptance to facilitate developer reimbursement.
• Work with engineers, legal counsel, and other professionals to verify project documentation and prepare board approvals.
• Coordinate municipal acceptance, project closeout, and transition of infrastructure to facilities management.
