Job summary

Pinnacle Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Capital Infrastructure and Facilities Management team in Colorado.

You will coordinate civil infrastructure projects, administer contracts and budgets, facilitate reimbursements, and ensure public improvements are properly documented and accepted. This role requires at least three years in civil infrastructure or related areas, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in civil infrastructure, municipal capital projects, public works, land development, or construction management.
• Experience coordinating construction activities, contractors, budgets, schedules, or deliverables.
• Knowledge of civil infrastructure projects, contracts, and project administration.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage capital project budgets, financial reports, and documentation.
• Review invoices, payment applications, and cost estimates with accounting.
• Coordinate cost certifications and asset acceptance to facilitate reimbursements.
• Work with engineers, legal counsel, and staff to obtain district board approvals.
• Coordinate acceptance, closeout, warranties, and transfer to facilities management.
