• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee capital improvement projects for Public Housing and redevelopment initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, expenditures, and procurement processes.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and residents; lead stakeholder meetings.
