Disrupt Equity in Houston, TX is seeking a Capital Formation Associate to drive outbound investor conversations and set discovery calls for the VP of Capital Formation. This is a phone-first role with a strict compliance boundary.

The position offers base pay $70,000–$80,000 with discretionary quarterly bonuses up to $10,000 and a target total cash of $95,000–$115,000 in year one, with a clear path into a closing seat for top performers.

Qualifications

• One to three years in high-volume phone sales.
• Competitive, and self-scoring.
• Coachable.
• Financially fluent enough to be credible on cash flow and returns.
• Resilient and able to stay warm after repeated negation.

Responsibilities

• Dial roughly 110 outbound calls per day against curated investor lists (about 550 per week).
• Qualify accreditation, investable capital, timeline, and prior real estate experience.
• Set discovery calls on the VP of Capital Formation's calendar with strong context.
• Follow up relentlessly to secure meetings and move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and dispositions, supporting weekly scorecards.
