Job summary

Fusion Staffing Partners seeks an Associate/Senior Associate to lead and coordinate the co-investment syndication with investors and prospects. You will prepare institutional investor content and marketing materials and manage investor inquiries.

Responsibilities include coordinating with deal teams, maintaining the co-investor tracker, and supporting business development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in investor relations, business development, capital formation, co-investment syndication or PE deal underwriting.
• Experience creating concise institutional investor marketing materials, presentations and analyses.
• Knowledge of private equity deal ecosystem and related diligence, return drivers and workstreams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of LBO modeling concepts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the co-investment syndication process with investors and prospects.
• Prepare institutional investor content and marketing materials highlighting PE strategies and fund performance.
• Create marketing materials and transaction analyses for prospective co-investors.
• Serve as main contact for co-investor relationships from screening to deal close.
• Manage diligence with co-investors and maintain the investor tracker across the base.
