Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Experience at a fund or IB in Private Credit, Direct Lending, CLOs, Leveraged Finance, or Structured Credit.
• Strong understanding of credit markets, loan products, CLO structures, and alternative investment strategies.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and financial analysis skills.
• Experience preparing institutional-quality presentations and investor material.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries and due diligence requests.
• Coordinate and prepare responses to institutional investor questionnaires, RFPs, RFIs, and consultant requests.
• Support fundraising efforts across existing and prospective investment strategies.
• Develop and maintain product presentations, pitch books, fact sheets, marketing materials, and fund documentation.
• Partner closely with portfolio managers and investment teams to articulate investment strategies, portfolio positioning, and performance drivers.
• Prepare market commentary, portfolio updates, and investor communications.
• Analyze portfolio performance, risk metrics, attribution, and market trends.
• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across Product, Investor Relations, Operations, Compliance, and Portfolio Management teams.
