Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems in the United States seeks a Vice President of Capital Markets & Investor Relations to lead investor relations and equity financing for the company’s scalable fusion programs. You will shape the capital-raising strategy, manage relationships with a sophisticated global investor base, and build the IR function alongside the CFO and CEO.

You’ll own the investor materials, run the data room, and collaborate with Legal, Corporate Development, and Communications to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, science, or related field.

• MBA, CFA, or comparable credential preferred.

• Proven track record in a senior investor-facing role communicating a technical story.

Responsibilities

• Own equity raise processes: targeting, materials, meetings, diligence across capital sources.
• 0
• Own investor-facing artifacts: deck, updates, diligence pack, data room.
• Carry the equity story to market and defend it with CEO and CFO.
• Own disclosure policies and maintain accurate cadence with Legal.
• Build and lead a small IR team and select external advisors.
