Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator - Clinical to support capital equipment procurement across the system. You will manage quote intake, benchmarking, vendor coordination, and contract documentation while partnering with Data Management, Purchasing, Clinical Supply Chain, and Medical Equipment Planning.

You will analyze data to identify savings opportunities, assist end-users, and help drive process improvements within the Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the sourcing/procurement process.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills in gathering data and reporting.
• Attention to detail, accountability and team player mindset.
• Ability to multitask and lead responsibilities with minimal direction.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Excellence: maintain price files and support contract processes.
• Supplier Selection and Contracting: assist with pricing reviews and standard documentation.
