Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in strategic IT sourcing.
• Core procurement skills; Stakeholder Management, Supplier Management and Performance, Market Analysis, Negotiations, etc.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and multi-year IT software sourcing plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT software needs.
• Lead end-to-end IT software sourcing projects (7 Step Strategic Sourcing Process).
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key software vendors.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with IT software vendors.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess capabilities.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to IT software and cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies and objectives.
