Job summary

Dynavac, a leader in high‑vacuum process equipment in Hingham, MA, is seeking a Project Manager for Capital Equipment to join our Program Management team. You will lead cross‑functional projects from concept through commissioning and serve as the primary customer interface.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of project management experience in manufacturing or construction, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and proficiency with MS Project and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience (manufacturing or construction preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interfacing directly with customers and key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and ERP systems.
• Background in vacuum technology or field installation is a plus.
• Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective team communication, achievement of milestones, and alignment with goals.
• Customer Relations: Act as the primary customer point of contact, delivering regular updates and addressing questions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule & Budget Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Field Support: Coordinate field installations, testing, and system commissioning as required.
