Job summary

Dynavac in Hingham, MA is seeking a skilled Project Manager for Capital Equipment to join our Program Management team. You will lead cross-functional teams, own projects from concept through commissioning, and serve as the primary customer interface.

The ideal candidate has a track record delivering complex engineering/fabrication projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency with project schedules and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience (manufacturing or construction preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interfacing directly with customers and key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective team communication, achievement of milestones, and alignment with goals.
• Customer Relations: Act as the primary customer point of contact, delivering regular updates and addressing questions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule & Budget Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Field Support: Coordinate field installations, testing, and system commissioning as required.
