Job summary

Capital Development Board seeks a Project Manager to serve as the primary state project manager for assigned capital construction projects across state facilities, higher education institutions, and code agencies.

You will manage projects from conception through close-out within scope, budget, and schedule, oversee the development of project budgets, coordinate with architects and engineers, and maintain real-time project status in CDB database systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field with 3 years PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary state project manager for assigned capital construction projects.
• Manage projects from conception to close-out within scope, budget, and schedule.
