Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or closely related field with 5 years of experience including 2 years in PM.

• Manage construction-phase projects to keep them on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate programming and design-phase activities, manage scope and budgets, ensure design deliverables align with requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact among project teams, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist with in-house projects as workload allows.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and project updates.
• Maintain knowledge of codes and building requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
