Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a CAR/CIF Program Manager to orchestrate capital asset data lifecycle and translate it into five-year rolling forecasts. You will own quarterly routines, lead stakeholder meetings and ensure timely, accurate deliverables for a major corporate account.

In this role you will manage CAR data governance, CIF/CPT processes, and collaborate with IFM and client teams to optimize total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or related field.
• Experience with data management, analysis and reporting for capital programs.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle, facility condition assessments and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own CAR data management and SME outputs, CAR dashboard outputs and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage quarterly CIF/CPT routines; schedule regional meetings with IFM and client stakeholders.
• Analyze CAR data and FCIs to create, share and manage master CIF/CPT files.
• Reconcile CAR outputs with CPT, IT/Telecom plans and other client capital plans.
• Drive on-time delivery of inputs from Site Facility Managers and Reliability Engineers.
• Provide status and governance updates in executive and client meetings.
• Partner with the IFM Operations Director on Corrigo asset data management and QA/QC.
• Deliver CAR dashboard trainings for account and client stakeholders.
• Support long-term goals: enhanced reporting and potential 10-year CIF forecasting.
• Capture, publish and track key decisions from regional planning meetings.
