Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Director, PDS Projects to lead the CAR/CIF program for a major corporate account. You will own the data lifecycle from collection to five-year forecast, partnering with IFM teams and client stakeholders to drive proactive capital planning.

The role emphasizes asset management knowledge, data analytics, and effective governance, with responsibility for quarterly routines, meeting facilitation, and delivering transparent reporting and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent program management skills for complex, data-heavy programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management with both internal teams and client organizations.
• Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management principles and capital planning processes.
• Proven experience with data management, analysis, and reporting, translating technical data into business insights.
• Knowledge of facility condition assessments, equipment reliability, and life expectancy forecasting.
• Ability to develop and manage timelines, coordinate deliverables across multiple teams, and hold partners accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Own all CAR data management processes, ensuring data accuracy in the CAR dashboard and SME for outputs.
• Manage and execute the quarterly CIF/CPT routines, including regional meetings with IFM, PDS, and client stakeholders.
• Analyze asset and CAR data, including FCI scores, to create and manage the master CIF/CPT files.
• Perform reconciliation of CAR outputs with CPT, IT/Telecom plans, and other client capital plans.
• Drive on-time delivery of inputs from Site Facility Managers and Reliability Engineers.
• Provide status and governance updates in meetings with JLL account leadership and client leaders.
• Partner with the IFM Operations Director on Corrigo asset data management and QA/QC processes.
• Deliver training and walkthroughs of the CAR dashboard and tools for stakeholders.
