Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and year-end close of the general ledger.
• Track capital expenditures and capitalize as approved.
• Perform annual physical inspection of University assets.
• Track leases and prepare annual journal entries.
• Set up and monitor University projects; process capital invoices.
• Assist with footnote disclosures for the annual audit.
• Record debt and bond transactions with Fixed Assets team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
