Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, and we are seeking a Senior Capital Equipment Sourcing Lead to join the Supply Chain team. You will own sourcing strategy for capital equipment across multi-site builds and run competitive sourcing events with a focus on total cost of ownership.

You will negotiate contracts, coordinate with Legal and Finance on milestones and warranties, and drive cost reduction through standardization and volume agreements across sites.

Qualifications

• Sourcing high-value capital equipment with total cost of ownership models that survive supplier pushback.
• Structuring capital contracts with milestone payments, warranties, liquidated damages, and escalation terms.
• Partnering with Finance on CapEx budgets and cash flow forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for capital equipment across the build program.
• Run competitive sourcing events evaluating price, capacity, lead time, warranties.
• Negotiate and execute capital equipment agreements and pricing amendments.
• Partner with Finance on CapEx planning and forecasting cash flow.
• Deliver cost reduction through standardization and volume agreements.
