Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and seeks a driven sourcing lead to own capital equipment strategy across the build program. You will manage end-to-end procurement, from long-lead hardware to modular structures, delivering TCO-backed decisions and dual-source plans.

You will lead competitive sourcing events, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Legal and Finance on milestones and budget. This role requires experience with ERP procurement platforms.

Qualifications

• You've sourced and negotiated high-value capital equipment or construction packages, backed by total cost of ownership models that survive supplier pushback.
• You've structured capital contracts with milestone payments, warranties, liquidated damages, and escalation terms, and managed them through delivery.
• You've partnered with Finance on CapEx budgets and cash flow forecasts, and you can show the savings you delivered against them.
• You've run RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes end to end, from supplier qualification through contract signature.
• You've track supplier performance with scorecards spanning quality, on-time delivery, and cost, and you act on the data before a slip reaches the schedule.
• You've worked inside ERP and procurement platforms enough to run sourcing events and spend analytics without hand-holding.

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing strategy for capital equipment across the build program, from long-lead power and cooling equipment to modular structures, with total cost of ownership models.
• Run competitive sourcing events for capital packages, evaluating suppliers on price, capacity, lead time, warranty, and financial health, and carry each award through to contract signature.
• Negotiate and execute capital equipment agreements, framework agreements, and pricing amendments, coordinating with Legal and Finance on milestones.
• Partner with Finance on CapEx planning, tracking spend against budget and forecasting cash flow from award to delivery.
• Deliver cost reduction through standardization, demand aggregation across sites, and volume agreements; build dual-source plans to mitigate single-source risk.
