Qualifications

• 5+ years of capital project engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing equipment installations and facility-related projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis (ROI/capital justification).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital expenditure projects including equipment installations, upgrades, and facility expansions
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Prepare and present capital justification proposals including ROI and cost-benefit analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership
• Oversee equipment procurement, vendor selection, and contractor management
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on timeline, costs, and deliverables
• Support process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
