Job summary

IPEX is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and support CapEx projects across U.S. locations, reporting to the Project Engineering Manager. You will drive projects from concept through implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Travel requirement is up to 30%. The role involves coordinating with operations, maintenance, quality, health & safety, and logistics to achieve operational excellence and business growth.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in engineering required (or equivalent).
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Strong project leadership and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of CapEx projects on time and within budget.
• Manage resources, contractors, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements for cost savings and efficiency.
• Collaborate with plant and corporate stakeholders to align project strategies.
• Mentor junior project engineers throughout project lifecycle.
