Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain/operations management, finance, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement, engineering, or related experience.
• 7+ years direct CapEx procurement experience.
• Deep knowledge of procurement systems and CapEx/MRO sourcing (international).
• Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts and communicate risk.
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute CapEx category sourcing strategies for cost savings and quality.
• Lead full procurement lifecycle—from RFI/RFQ/RFP to PO and supplier management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, QA, and Sales on capital investments.
• Build supplier and market intelligence for innovation and competitiveness.
• Negotiate multi-year contracts with risk identification and mitigation.
• Manage KPIs and report savings in procurement finance alignment.
• Apply total cost of ownership analysis across project lifecycles.
• Engage stakeholders early to ensure on-time delivery within regulations.
• Deliver high service levels to internal partners and suppliers.
