Job summary

Amcor is seeking a seasoned Leader in Global Procurement to develop and drive category strategies for long-term goals in the Capital Expenditures Equipment category. You will manage value from the supply base to mitigate risk, reduce cost, and improve working capital while engaging with mid-level to executive leadership.

In this role, expect to lead multi-year strategies, collaborate globally, and shape complex negotiations and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of strategic procurement or relevant leadership experience.
• Professional certification from related professional body desired.
• Substantial experience with ability to demonstrate success.

Responsibilities

• Lead global procurement projects for the Capital Expenditures Equipment category.
• Develop multi-year category strategies and coordinate across regions.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and manage risk to ensure continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with Legal to shape contracts and templates.
