Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA seeks a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing for raw materials and manage key supplier relationships. You will work with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Finance to ensure materials meet cost, quality, safety, and delivery requirements.

You will build cost analyses, monitor market trends, and drive negotiations with co-packers and suppliers while supporting strategic supplier development and dual-sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 3+ years procurement or sourcing experience in food manufacturing or CPG.
• Experience with co-packers and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials and components across commodities, ingredients, oils, and proteins.
• Manage day-to-day purchasing for assigned categories and co-manufacturing partners; escalate decisions as needed.
• Create should-cost models and perform TCO analyses to support supplier selection and negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and lead supplier scorecards and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Quality, and Finance to meet cost, quality and delivery goals.
