The role focuses on cost optimization, timely delivery, and effective contract negotiations within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in sourcing/procurement or supply chain roles.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Industry experience is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong negotiation, evaluation, and communication skills.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Place and follow-up on POs; manage supplier relationships for PO execution.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies balancing cost and quality.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships ensuring performance and compliance.
• Manage CAPEX sourcing for equipment, tooling, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement timelines and project requirements.
• Oversee bidding processes, contract negotiations for capital projects and services.
• Support cross-functional teams to enable cost-effective product launches.
• Manage RFQ processes, supplier selection, and procurement readiness for ramp-up.
• Implement Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs to improve supply continuity and reduce costs.
• Evaluate supply chain constraints and negotiate improved lead times through forecasting and capacity planning.
• Oversee procurement activities including RFQs, POs, and contract execution.
• Conduct market research to inform procurement actions.
