Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA seeks a senior Engineering and Maintenance leader to oversee plant operations across the network, driving maintenance systems, CapEx projects, and energy/environmental initiatives to ensure reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.

You will manage a team of ~30, lead TPM/PM/PdM, integrate digital maintenance platforms, partner with cross‑functional groups, and ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 15+ years of engineering and maintenance experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting capability; PLC programming/troubleshooting required.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems and reliability engineering.
• Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, SSOP, ISO, Lean/Six Sigma, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead CapEx governance, end-to-end capital projects, and ROI analyses.
• Own TPM and PM/PdM systems to maximize OEE and maintenance reliability.
• Oversee facility infrastructure, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead digital maintenance platforms, IoT sensors, and spare parts management.
• Partner with Global Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Operations for project execution.
