Job summary

Middough Inc. is seeking an Expeditor/Procurement Specialist to be assigned at a client facility in Delaware, OH.

The role focuses on expediting purchases, tracking deliveries, storage, and handling change orders for large equipment and materials at the site. You will input requisitions, manage procurement schedules, and collaborate with the Project Manager to produce project financial and materials reports.

Qualifications

15-20 years of purchasing experience within the Supply Chain, Engineering, or Construction Management industry.
Experience with CapEx projects preferred; other sectors experience considered (Food, Agri-business, Chemicals, Refining, Oil & Gas, or Pharma).
Experience setting up procurement schedules and familiarity with engineering and construction activities.
Knowledge of procurement budgeting, monitoring, tracking actual costs, change orders and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Expedite significant large equipment and materials purchases from RFP through delivery to the site.
Establish and track materials and equipment storage.
Input requisitions and change orders using the client and company purchasing systems.
Create project financial and materials reports in coordination with the client Project Manager.
