Job summary

GFiber is seeking a seasoned Controllership professional to own end-to-end accounting for capital programs, including PP&E and leases, and to ensure precise capitalization from PO to close. You will manage SAP modules, data pipelines, and cross-functional partnerships with FP&A, Tax, and Ops to forecast and improve reporting.

The role requires leadership, US GAAP expertise, and a track record of driving governance and accuracy in a fast-paced, capital-heavy network buildout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• CPA or CA certification preferred.
• 8 years of progressive accounting experience in a capital-intensive industry.
• Experience with PP&E and ASC 360.
• Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ASC 360 PP&E and lease accounting, from capitalization costing through month-end close and reconciliations.
• Own lease accounting under ASC 842, from classification to disclosures.
• Own the SAP footprint behind the accounting (FI-AA, PS, MM) and related PO coding architecture.
• Build and run the data and reporting layer (SQL/BigQuery), automation, and large-scale reconciliations.
• Grow, mentor and develop your team.
