Job summary

Chestnut Labs seeks an experienced finance professional to oversee capital finance, fixed assets, and leasing. You will drive month-end close, financial reporting, and capital planning across multiple divisions, coordinating with corporate and plant accounting, project management, and engineering.

The role requires leadership in quarterly CapCom and project review meetings, strong analytical skills, and independence in delivering accurate reconciliations and asset transactions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in accounting or finance including progressive experience in capital finance, fixed assets, and/or leasing
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• CPA preferred or licensure may be required during course of employment

Responsibilities

• Actively prepare reports for and lead monthly assigned division and Capital Steering Committee prep calls, quarterly division meetings, and CSC meetings
• Partner with divisions on lease/capital questions, SharePoint site support, and quarterly CSC meeting reports preparation
• Manage the Capital Projects SharePoint site and optimize approvals before board meetings
• Assist budgeting/forecasting incl. cash flow monitoring and forecast accuracy for strategic projects
