Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a CAPEX Finance Manager to own capex spend tracking, forecasting, and financial governance across the business.

You will partner with the Construction team and other functions to ensure robust financial justification, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement in capital planning. The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or related financial roles, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/related field required.
• 3+ years FP&A, commercial finance or analytical finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Experience with capex, construction finance, or real estate finance preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own capex spend tracking and forecasting across the business.
• Coordinate business cases with stakeholders and post-investment reviews.
• Partner with Construction to support ~50% of capex spend.
• Manage CAPEX Monthly Performance Review and forecast cycles.
• Handle accounting activities for capex and project budgets.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting packages.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using ERP and Excel.
• Support long-range capex planning and cost-control initiatives.
• Drive process improvements in capex, procurement, and reporting.
• Prepare executive level reporting materials for leadership.
