Job summary

Augmentis is assisting a leading aero-engine and gas turbine components manufacturer in its North American procurement operations. The role reports to the Regional Procurement Lead for the Metal Castings division and focuses on secure supply, cost savings, and risk mitigation across multiple plants, including sites outside North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Procurement or Contract Development/Management.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Oracle or a similar enterprise business system.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Access to export-controlled items; offers conditioned on ability to obtain access.

Responsibilities

• Contract Development and Management: review SOWs, create and negotiate service agreements and POs, ensure contractual accuracy and compliance.
• Project Management: lead CAPEX projects, manage outsourcing and supplier onboarding, define timelines and deliverables.
• Process Control and Compliance: identify inefficiencies and implement cost-reducing compliance measures.
• Multi-Site Support: support plants division-wide and assist with RFQs, PO issuance, and invoice reconciliation as needed.
