Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking an experienced CapEx Construction Manager to oversee capital improvements across multifamily and senior living portfolios in Texas and Oklahoma. You will lead projects from planning through closeout, managing scopes, budgets, schedules, bids, and vendor contracts while coordinating with operations and property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or related fields.
• Experience managing capital projects across multifamily or senior living environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contractor/vendor management.
• Ability to develop scopes of work, bid packages, and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of capital improvement projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and bid packages for projects.
• Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and select vendors.
• Oversee contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Conduct site visits and provide field oversight across communities.
• Travel regularly to communities throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
