Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the day-to-day field operations of ground-up multifamily and senior living projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality workmanship through all phases of construction, from mobilization to turnover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily, podium, wrap, senior living, or commercial projects.
• Experience supervising all phases of ground-up construction through project completion.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license; must be local to the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily and senior living construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel throughout every phase of construction.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to achieve critical milestones.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; enforce quality.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes, and contract requirements.
• Conduct daily site walks and quality control inspections; lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA requirements.
