Job summary

Young Life is seeking a part-time Mission staff member to oversee the Capernaum ministry for students aged 14–21. You will lead a team of adult volunteers and youth leaders, coordinating activities with Great River Young Life in the Minnesota area.

The role emphasizes relational leadership, strong communication, and confidentiality while serving a faith-driven mission through both field ministry and youth outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Capernaum ministry for students aged 14–21.
• Lead a team of adult volunteers and youth leaders.
• Engage with parents/guardians and community partners.
• Coordinate ministry activities with Great River Young Life.
