Job summary

You will serve as the Capernaum Coordinator for Young Life, based in Littleton, CO, focusing on spiritual development, leadership training, and outreach to kids with disabilities. The position requires a college degree preference, completion of Phase One training, and a proven ability to lead teams in a faith-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop yearly personal growth plans for spiritual life and prayer.
• Lead or co-lead a model Young Life club and Campaigners ministry.
• Recruit and train leaders; build leadership teams reflecting the community.
• Participate in fundraising and donor communications.
• Coordinate ministry across three levels: contact work, club, and camping.
