Job summary

Spaulding Outpatient Pediatrics Center Cape Cod, part of Spaulding Rehabilitation Network and Mass General Brigham, seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist with Pediatric experience to join our team. This full-time role provides a 40-hour schedule across Plymouth, Hyannis, Orleans, Sandwich and nearby communities, with 1:1 treatment and ongoing education opportunities.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, mentorship, tuition reimbursement, and a clinical ladder.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• For licensure prior to 2016, a bachelor's or master's degree is acceptable; licensure from 2016 onward requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Licensure: Massachusetts license; Basic Life Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities.
• Evaluate treatment effects and adjust plans to maximize benefit.
• Establish plan of care and discuss goals with patients and families.
• Supervise PTAs in accordance with policy and state regulations.
