Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in fine-dining or luxury hotel settings.
• At least 5 years of progressive culinary leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations with integrity and high standards.
• Create inspired, artistic menus for the hotel’s dining experiences.
• Oversee breakfast, dinner, in-room dining, private events and buyouts.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Partner with General Manager on culinary vision and direction.
• Control food costs, labor, purchasing, inventory, and profitability.
• Ensure sanitation, organization and consistent quality across operations.
• Maintain hands-on leadership and foster a collaborative kitchen culture.
