Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Civil Foreman to lead on-site operations for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate drainage, water, and sewer utilities, and ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Based in Columbus, OH or nearby, the Foreman will work closely with project management, inspectors, and subcontractors, uphold documentation, mentor crew members, and drive timely, high-quality execution in a physically demanding

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility installation experience, with leadership preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and staking data.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and coordinate on-site activities.
• Oversee installation of drainage, water, and sanitary sewer utilities.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily job site reports and documentation.
