B&S Site Development is seeking a Civil Construction Foreman to lead on-site operations on our large projects in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate crews, ensure safe, high-quality work, and drive execution in line with project plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in underground utilities and strong leadership, with OSHA 10/30 certification and a CDL preferred. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• 3+ years of underground utilities installation experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Solid knowledge of trenching, leveling, utilities installation, and site layout.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and grade stakes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a safety focus.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on site.
• Oversee installation of drainage, potable water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subs.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and on-site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist in training and mentoring crew members.
