Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise field operations on large civil projects in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate crews, ensure work aligns with plans and specifications, and uphold safety standards on site.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in underground utility installation and strong leadership and communication skills. OSHA 10/30 and a valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) are preferred, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and advance within the

Qualifications

3+ years of underground utility installation experience, with leadership preferred.
Strong knowledge of utilities installation methods and safety.
Ability to read plans, construction drawings, and grade stakes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Able to work in physically demanding environments.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate field crews on the job.
Oversee installation of drainage, water main, and sanitary sewer systems.
Ensure work meets project plans, specs, and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subs contractors.
Maintain accurate daily job reports and site documentation.
Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
Assist in training and mentoring crew members.
