Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Capacity Manager to direct patient placement and throughput in all access areas. This role partners with ED leadership, nursing leadership, infection control, EVS and transport to maintain smooth patient flow and 24/7 accountability.

Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, real-time problem solving, and ensuring metrics are met while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in NJ.
• RN experience in acute care setting (5+ years).
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient placement and throughput across ED, OR, direct admits, and other access points.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, infection control, ED, EVS and transport to ensure timely patient movement.
• Round on units to identify barriers to patient flow and escalate unresolved issues to leadership.
