Responsibilities

• Review and follow the daily work schedule.
• Communicate schedule needs to the Job Setter to ensure materials are available.
• Review specifications and required drawings to ensure proper machine setup.
• Assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers, and other small hand tools as required.
• Train and assist other team members as needed; meet departmental safety and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, including quality alerts, process deviation requirements, and adherence to all Visual Operating Procedures (VOPs).
• Complete required 5S+ activities on a daily basis.
