Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Read and understand information.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Verify material against work order.
• Inspect capacitor elements for damage or dirt.
• Prepare materials for assembly and clean insulators.
• Assemble bellows, coverplate, and intermediate bushings.
• Record dry capacitance measurements and logs.
• Load and monitor oven operations; perform oil filling.
• Take wet capacitor measurements and record.
• Perform thermal cycling and unload finished units.
• Adhere to SOPs and JSAs; coordinate with shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and lock out equipment when not in use.
