Qualifications

• Citizenship/work authorization not sponsored; must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Residence within 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC facility.
• 1 year manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in slitting, cutting, and folding insulation paper and operate with the Group Leader and Supervisor to meet safety, production, and quality requirements.
• Review and follow the daily work schedule.
• Communicate schedule needs to the Job Setter to ensure required materials are available and inventory is verified.
• Review specifications and drawings to ensure proper machine setup.
• Assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers, and other small hand tools.
• Train and assist other team members; meet departmental safety and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, quality alerts, and Visual Operating Procedures (VOPs); perform 5S+ daily.
